This private school is located on the Maryville College campus. The curriculum, which covers grades 1 through 12, is based on guidelines set by the Japanese government’s Overseas Educational Services. In addition, textbooks are obtained from the Japanese Government.

Classes are held on 46 Saturdays throughout the year and are conducted in Japanese.

This a cooperative program with the U.S. National Park Service for the training of environmentalists. It is also used by the public schools for training young people in environment appreciation and protection.
