Pellissippi Place has created a detailed development process to ensure a high-quality world-class research community. This 10-step process is as follows:

Conceptual site plan submitted or elevation plan schematic and building rendering
Parcel identified
Negotiations and transactions
Site plan submittal
Site plan review
City plan review submittal
City review (city planning department)
Notice to proceed
Inspections

LANDSCAPING

LANDSCAPING: MUST COMPLY WITH SECTION 14-2.1805 LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENTS OF THE CITY OF ALCOA ZONING ORDINANCE RELATED TO BOTH TREE PLANTING AND TREE REPLACEMENT. APPLICANTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO EXCEED MINIMUM LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENTS OF THE CITY OF ALCOA.
